This home-based role offers excellent flexibility, a secure basic salary and genuine high earnings. What’s on Offer • Home-based role with full equipment • Up to £29k basic + car allowance • 10–12 new build & shared ownership leads per week • 10%–25% commission + 6-month financial guarantee • OTE £55k–£70k (high earnings) The Role • Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice • Convert 1–2 cases per week using strong lead flow • Work remotely while building relationships with new build developers • Cover Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud, Cirencester, Tewkesbury and wider South West • Deliver excellent customer outcomes in a fully home-based environment Requirements • CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker • CAS status beneficial • New build experience preferred but not essential • Based in Gloucestershire or the South West • Clean credit, strong compliance record • Full UK driving licence Apply today for a strong home-based Mortgage Advisor opportunity offering long-term career progression and high earnings
